Girls just want to have fun with their tattoos, they used them to express themselves and to appear trendy and **** . A cherry blossom tattoo on the foot perhaps, a hibiscus flower on the shoulder blade or a cute butterfly on the lower stomach; whatever art she chooses, it can definitely add to her attractive and charming persona. Here are the small tat designs that are in the top list of girls' favorites tattoo women.
With their visual appeal plus the different meanings they represent, flowers have become an all time favorite. Floral tattoo women are naturally pretty and attractive. The most favored ones are the lilies, lotus, roses, cherry blossoms and hibiscus. They all symbolize beauty and strength of character which are both empowering for a girl's personality.
Butterfly tatttoos will always be timeless and classic because of their versatility and flexibility not to mention the symbolical meaning attached to it that a girl can always relate to. They can be inked in full colors or just plain black and still look awesome. They can be executed with Celtic styles or tribal or combine with other elements such as flowers or vines. They are associated with freedom, change and transformation which are all part of the stages that a girl go through in her life.
Star tattoos are another small design with wide adaptability and versatility. They can be inked alone or in clusters as shooting stars or constellations either in full colors or black ink. No matter how they are portrayed, star tats seem to naturally shine when inked on one's body.
Fairy tattoos seem to represent a girl's innocent yet naughty and playful side. They are cute, pretty and magical winged creature that can fly and cast spells with their wand or pixie dust. As a tattoo art, they definitely look dainty and whimsical.
These are just some of the tattoo women designs that would still look beautiful and interesting even if they are tattooed on a miniature scale. They are best when inked on small areas of the body such as ankle, foot, upper back, wrist, and even lower back and shoulder blade.

Despite being the two most painful parts of the body to get tattooed, the rib and foot area are still the top picks of tattoos for women nowadays when it comes to tattoo locations. They seem to be the new option for lower back tattoos especially because of the fact that that area has been labeled as a "tramp stamp" or trashy.
Megan Star is the most famous **** celebrity to have tattoos on the rib. She has a textual theme with with the phrase "there was once a girl who never knew love until a boy broke her heart" written down on her rib cage, said to be dedicated to her boyfriend for years, Brian Austin Green who was once popular because of the show Beverly Hills 90210. A lot of women seem to be following her lead as verses, phrases, lyrics from songs or poems and quotations inked on the ribs seem to be becoming the new trend nowadays. Since the rib cage is a big canvas to work on, there is ample space enough to accommodate larger, detailed and intricate tattoo theme like these. Other popular designs for rib tattoos for women are flowers such as hibiscus, lotus, rose, cherry blossom and lilies
Foot tattoos was once not a popular choice when it comes to tattoo locations because of the risks involved. For one thing, there are a lot of nerve endings on these area and there are less tissues to cushion the skin during the tattooing process. Nowadays, this does not seem to matter anymore as a lot of professional tattoo artists are able to adjust to this conditions considering the high demand for this type of tat theme. Tattoos for women love wearing **** footwear such as stilettos and sandals and what better way to accentuate this by sporting a decorated foot with designs such as butterflies, flowers, stars, and zodiac symbols.
