To do it justice, I would opt for the full day, especially by the time you've taken a coffee break, lunch break and afternoon tea break! You may need those to rest your feet and aching arms from all the purchases weighing you down!
Having said that, I'm someone who can spend a whole day wandering around almost any Show, then back-tracking to take photographs and getting into discussions with exhibitors and other punters.

MVB, my point was that I think men like to watch other men, in team sports at least. Some of them probably do not even want to know that there are hordes of women out there who would beat them on the basketball or soccer field… Anyway, I think that “blaming the media” is both unfair and unproductive. The complainers would do better to just start reporting on female sports themselves. On the web, valuable content eventually finds an audience. When web-based ventures grow large enough, that might signal to big publishers that it’s time to either add more female sports to their regular sports reporting or to redo the “SI for Women” experiment that Cecily mentioned.

The Chelsea Flower Show is the lasting title of an exhibition with a history of more than 140 years. The Show was originally called the Royal Horticultural Society's Great Spring Show, first held in 1862, at the RHS garden in Kensington.
