Anything that exercises two muscle groups – the pectoralis group (chest muscle, which extends up to the front of your shoulder) and the deltoid group (your shoulder). If you work these two in conjunction, you should see results pretty quickly.
As far as specific exercises, there's a couple you could do – take weight in both hands, start with hands at your sides, and keeping your arms straight, raise them till they are parallel with the ground (straight out from your sides). 3 sets of 10 or 20, and you should feel it nicely.
Another one would be to place your hands behind your head (kind of in a 'You're under arrest' pose), elbows poionting out to your side. Flex/tense the muscles in your upper arm (like you're showing off your muscles), hold this tension, and bring your elbows in to meet each other. Return to starting position, release the flex, wait 3-5 seconds, and repeat. Again, 3 sets of 10 or 20 should be good.

probably should have posted this in the tattoo section lol but best option is to go to a few tattoo studios in your area and ask for quotes also ask friends and family for recommendations (if any know of a good studio) best thing to remember cheaper isn't always best. sometimes paying slightly more will get you a better tattoo.
